2009 Bull Creek Youth Pheasant Hunt
On October 10th about 25 kids from around our area particpated in the 5th annual Youth Peasant Hunt. 60 pheasants were released early in the morning for these kids aged 12 to 16 to hunt and experience for the first time upland bird hunting!
Pictured below are the successful hunters along with Llewellen Setters Millie and Daisy, owned by club member Bill Davis.

2009 Bull Creek Youth Rifle Tournament
Below is a 3 and 1/2 minute video compilation of the Youth Rifle Tournament held August 23rd at the club. 30 kids age 8 to 16 vied for trophies and prizes. This first annual event went very well and went far to instill sportsmanship and safety in the kids who attended!

The Love of Fishing!
Dave and his buddies were hanging out and planning an upcoming fishing trip. Unfortunately, he had to tell them that he couldn't go this time because his wife wouldn't let him.
After a lot of teasing and name calling, Dave headed home frustrated. The following week when Dave's buddies arrived at the lake to set up camp, they were shocked to see Dave. He was already sitting at the campground with a cold beer, swag rolled out, fishing rod in hand, and a camp fire glowing.
"How did you talk your missus into letting you go Dave?" "I didn't have to," Dave replied. Yesterday, when I left work , I went home and slumped down in my chair with a beer to drown my sorrows because I couldn't go fishing. Then the ol' lady snuck up behind me and covered my eyes and said, 'Surprise'."
"When I peeled her hands back, she was standing there in a beautiful see through negligee and she said, ' Carry me into the bedroom, tie me to the bed and you can do whatever you want'..... So, Here I am!"

Here is a picture of the deer I got in November 08 in Allegheny County with an inline muzzleloader on the 3rd day of the season.
My daughter, Shauna and nephew, Brennan Coulter(who are junior club members) limited out at the UBFT at North Park on the 1st day of trout season.
